"The Boat" - motor yacht about 57 ft with a flybridge and a wide aft deck. On the upper deck there are soft settees and shaded seating, below there is a saloon with wraparound windows and a dining table along the side. Three cabins sleep six guests. The layout suits day trips out of Panaji and short coastal runs along Goa.
Navigation, handling and service are fully taken care of by the crew, so guests spend the day without dealing with logistics.
Possible route (10 hours)
Departure from the marina in Panaji. The first miles follow the Mandovi River, with views of the old Portuguese fort Aguada. The lighthouse on the hill still works as a visual mark for boats, and the water in the bay stays calm which makes for an easy start.
Then the route heads toward Grande Island. The water here is clear, you can see sandy bottom and scattered rock ledges. Small reef fish often school along the hull and dolphins sometimes pass close. This spot is used for a swim stop and snorkeling.
After the swim the route continues down the coast toward Dona Paula. The shoreline here is rocky, with sparse green and small tucked bays. It is a good place to pause for lunch and a short rest. On the way back the boat heads toward Miramar Beach, a long open sand strip right by the city. Return to port in the evening with the sun dropping over the bay.

About me:
Sailing since childhood, yachting since my teens, and a life at sea.
I’m inspired by the adrenaline of race starts and the thrill of fighting for seconds, but nothing beats the pleasure of an unhurried cruise: when the sail catches the wind and there’s good food, easy conversation, and a crew you truly want to share the sea with.
I’m happy to share the helm, become part of the team, and help others feel the boat the way I do.
